Marshall White defends insurers and insureds in a variety of civil litigation, including transportation, construction liability, employment practices liability, insurance broker liability, products liability, insurance coverage and bad faith liability, lawyer malpractice, appraiser liability, and premises liability.

We have represented liability insurers, managing general agents and third-party administrators by evaluating and resolving high exposure claims and litigation against insureds, including the largest transportation companies in the U.S., government transportation authorities, law firms, engineering firms, restaurant chains, and high tech companies.

Risk Management Reviews™

We have helped develop proprietary risk evaluation and litigation management processes that our clients have incorporated into their business practices. As a result, certain insurers with Lloyd’s, London require their insureds to participate in a Risk Management Review™ at the time of policy inception and at various intervals thereafter. We performed eighteen in 2006, and have worked with the largest trucking companies in the U.S., government transportation authorities, insurance managing general agents and home construction companies.
